The shaman of Farre's tribe occupies an interesting position in the pack hierarchy.

Not quite an omega, he nevertheless lives on the fringe of pack life. He claims no familial affiliation, and he can't hunt.

But he's valuable to the pack as a spiritual leader, and as a kind of primitive 'mad scientist'.

I really like this sketch and I am not sure why. The posture is a little stiff, but the bony-scruffy thing works for me.
