Gone are the generic bunny ears, replaced with my final result of a week of trying different designs, from foam to wireframe. I ended up with PVC-impregnated spandex with polyfill and a single stitch in the middle to bow it in like the inner ear. Then added a shaped fur lining. The hair is also frosted with gold now.
