Fun fact: Kill la Kill is made by Studio Gainax, the creators of Gurren Lagann (see glasses, pictured left), and Neon Genesis Evangelion.
The term 'Gainaxing', meaning the bouncing of a girl's breasts independently of each other, is an obvious reference to Studio Gainax, who are it's most notable and flagrant contributors (if not the inventors).

But it's awesome. I marathonwatched Kill La Kill less than a month ago and it rocks hard (Rock beats scissors! I win.... oh wait.... maybe not the case in this anime). I wonder who Abigail's com-padres are going to be to take on the role of three stars :O!
