Not single, there are two of them.
They were zapped by a ray beam created by Ben. Not natural at all.
Biggest... Physically... Maybe, tho Its iffy if you look at the mass of say a tsunami wave, or perhaps a pomeii or krakatoa level volcano.
Pound per pound damage and devastation not even close. Volcanoes, earthquakes, and tsunamis literally remove or significantly reshape the planetary map and have killed numbers in the tens of thousands, if not more. Ben and Alex combined, not even close.
