This is his yanma girl Carrie having fun dressing up poor little Petie... as a recognizable dragon to go with her very recognizable pony <w< And just for fun here's a cute little blurb to go with it~

Sitting in just his diaper on the little table Carrie had used as an impromptu changing table a little while ago Petie couldn’t help but wonder several things as the excited yanma girl slipped the hooded onesie she’d retrieved over his head, gently tugging it down over his arms till it fit snuggly and fastening the crotch snaps over his thick diaper. Watching as Carrie buzzed around behind him, the long hair and mane of her own costume swishing as she did so, Petie finally spoke up.
“Carrie?”
“Yes number one, number one assistant~?” she said in a light, sing-song tone as she messed with Petie’s outfit for a moment making sure the sleeves fit him well and that the snaps were snug “Where'd you get this outfits anyway?” the teddiursa asked, fidgeting under the attention, as the bug just playfully giggled before snuggling him “That's a surprise~ Now hold still Petie-P so I can finish dress, dressing you up~” she said, still in sing-song, as Petie felt her tug the hood attached to the onesie up over his head and fit it snuggly into place. Sighing in defeat Petie slumped a little before speaking his mind again.
“... how'd you talk me into this anyway Carrie?”
“Ah, ah, ah~ Call me Twilight Sparkle~”
