What if Isanji was a Bleach character? HMMMMMMMMMMMM >=D

Shinigami Powers: Isanji soul cutter is a normal dotanuki, being the only long style japanese sword capable of cutting anything in a single slice. His handguard is a basic design having no significant features other than being completely black. Isanji has no Hado skills but is a master of Flash Steps.
Hollow Powers: Isanji and his inner hollow actually have a mutual agreement, both fight as one and he relies on this power more than Byakko. In most battles his mask is only half formed over a side of his face, claiming they both can witness the battle this way but when fully formed the inner hollow us the dominant conciousness. Isanji can maintain his hollow mask for 9 hours before it completes itself, during this time he can freely communicate with his hollow.
Name:Byakko (The Saint Beast Byakko), the spirit of his sword is that of a large white tiger with read eyes and no iris, his paws are engulfed in black flames and he bares two tails also lit with black flames at the tips. His appearance is roughly based off the japanese nekomata demon.
Shikai: Byakko is tossed into the air, using the command "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust" the sword scatters into millions of butterflies and simultaneously each one turns into a small flame, gathering into Isanji's hand they form an much longer all-black katana(think sephiroths sword) with a handguard made of black flames.
Bankai: Kokukami Byakko (literally Black God Byakko), other than his change of outfit (pictured) Isanji's sword scatters back into a million butterflies however this time they swarm and cover his entire body, fusing with his soul his agility and strength increase, his sword loses its material form but can be summoned at will and in numbers, in a combat ready mode his wrists are covered in flames and cane be manipulated like chains.Additionally a broken sword appears on his waist for unknown reasons though it's never used.
