Maundrill WIP Colors

So I found some time this weekend to work on the sketch I submitted earlier this week of a fursona for a friend of mine 
Maundrill.
It is his Eastern Dragon Maundrill, I create the outlines and flat colors of the character, The colors are based of the character reference on his page.
In the process I made some adjustments on the outlines which ran different on the sketch, I basically did this to improve some of the perspective on the head and feet.
The work is still in process, but I thought it might be interesting to submit a WIP piece of art. Next will be some shading, additional line art and perhaps a bit of environment/ background.
I used Adobe Illustrator to digitally color the sketch, all because I like to make more illustrational art. Perhaps with future work I might decide to do Photoshop again, though I need to work on my digital painting skills ;P.
- Adobe Illustrator CS6 -> Outlines and flat colors: +/- 6 hours
