Do you know why I named you Echo, little fox? It's because every time I am feeling
down or sad, you are the echo of all of the good comforting words my friends, even
my new friends, have told me. I hold you close and you, my little boy, you are the echo
of a thousand sweet words from a few good friends. When it seems like everyone around
me is getting cancer and I cannot avoid the hospital visits, I hold you close, and to me
you echo comfort and love. You were born of your mother, my little boy, and given life
once again by me. But your heart is made up of the love from my friends, and together
when all is said and done we're going to be okay, my dearest Echo.
