Hey everyone this is Chuckles an Angel Dragon I thought up.
The reason I made Chuckles is because I got an entire personality to use for her when I saw one of the premade designs go for auction. I fell in love with the personality and when my tiny bid was wrecked I designed my own.
No Chuckles is not going to replace Neerren. Neerren is the full embodiment of me, therefore he shall always be. Chuckles will just be a fun personality in a super cute body!
Eventually I will commission her into a suit and then proceed to display the personality I created in its full glory! All I have to say right now though... IS I AM SORRY TO WHO EVER I COMMISSION TO MAKE THIS. xP

Chuckles is indeed a female. The design is a play on the personality that is very trickster-like in nature and is a pattern typically put to Jesters and the colours are also all associated with Jesters as well.
I have no idea who I would get to make it at this time because there is at least a full year before I can even think of putting out money on something like this which will likely run a very pricey tag since it has the huge colour pallet with difficult colour design.
