You're right, this is based on the wetsuit from Call of Duty Ghosts game :3 Military grade stuff, so i bet his ass was busted by a trained dolphin or something xD

Just played Saints Row 3, and that suit plus a werewolf costume head/feet is pretty close. Except mine didn't die as often. >:)
