Personality: gruff, polite to family, cold and vicious to enemies, apathetic when meeting people family bring over, judgemental, violent when angered, funny at times

Likes: his wife Kya, his kids, cars, food, classy people, people who have honor, people who care for their family, his family.

Dislikes: people who insult his family, anyone who angers him, slavery, anyone who messes with his car, anyone who hurts his wife or hits on her, also nobles who are corrupt

Bio: The patriarch of the Raiser family, father of his children, and self titles "Blood dragon", Kaiser is known and feared by many for his brutality in battle. Originally a small-time dragon, he learned how to fight from his father, then joined the army, where he was known to disregard orders to help innocent lives, earning him ire from his superiors but nonetheless promoted, eventually becoming a commander, then general. His title comes from his slaughter of his enemies in battle, and his crimson scales, earning him the nickname "Blood Dragon".

One day, he got injured and was saved by the woman who'd eventually become his wife, Kya, when he was poisoned. He then went on leave to find her, and then asked her out on a date, which she accepted. The two dated and eventually married and soon became leader of House Raiser after his father passed the reigns to him to retire. Kaiser soon became a vocal voice for change, many people joined him and he soon become one of the most powerful nobles in Dracovia, having people in almost every aspect of society, adopting people who leave an impression into his house.

He has earned the ire of other nobles, but to the Dracovian royalty, he is their staunchest ally to the king, serving as general and even accepted the position of War Councilor, though he prefers being on the front lines rather than a desk. Five years ago, he was nearly killed by the corrupted council over the supposed corruption of the house and of vallen, his youngest son, to an ancient enemy, nearly executed, he was saved by the Lord Seeker, who revealed the council's corruption, then proceeded to take out the head councilor, branding him with the mark of heresy before he escaped.

After the war on Earth, he was named Councilor of War and Defense and Grand General, he also established Raiser Corp. a corporation that focused on manufacturing cars and other things while also working on his own car.

Misc: Of his family he is the strongest of the group, not even Cain can beat him. His sword is personally made infused with his own blood, which he is said to give to his kid who beats him in combat. He also loves the Fast and Furious movies, especially Six. His biggest weakness is computers, stating while he is strong enough to bench-press a truck, he has no idea how to work a computer, requiring his kids for help. His sword he only unsheathes when extremely angered, once drawn, no one is safe from his rage, so its best not to anger him.
