We ponder who the culprit is, maybe Twilight from the purplish feathers? Though one may see them as Cadance coloured... The golden chains seem to have a Celestia like sun influence to them... or perhaps it's making us think of her necklace. Maybe it's an Alicorn party to celebrate the end of Season 4!
