I've said it before but I'll say it... wait... I haven't said this before yet.
I really love how this turned out. Not only is the idea out of my head, but it looks wonderful in color. Now you have a good baseline in your own art style to base Ryan off of for any future commissions or requests... and Medik can never have too much art.
Oh, and I do like how you're working defined muscles onto a toon body. But then again, if you haven't guessed, I'm biased.

Didn't choose poses because of difficulty.
Ryan is doing the Iron Cross... well because it's the Iron Cross and while I don't know a lot about gymnastics, I've observed enough to know that the Iron Cross is one of those pinnacles people train in order to achieve.
Medik is doing what he's doing because making him upside down and with his back to the audience increases the silliness factor. I didn't actually know/think of the handstand pushup. I looked at the reverse muscle up on YouTube and selected a pose that seemed plausible to hold for an extended period of time. Plausibility was key since any of the silliness could be ruined if the audiences sense of disbelief wasn't suspended.
