True, but as a Sister, she'd once again be the only dick in the convent. Plus... Chainsword. What is more badass than a sword? A sword with a chainsaw blade.

I always saw the Eldar more as 'Elves In Space', with the Dark Eldar as 'Drow In Space'. More as 'aloof, arrogant, and snobbish' rather than 'secret and mysterious'. But then, WH40k is such a grimdark crapsack universe that it's hard to see anyone in a positive light.
