Painted around them and lined with chiffon. Worked on getting the foam in to hold it in place, but it looks like the head is a wee bit deformed in the skull area; I'll use the heat gun on it when there are fewer people around since it's noisy.

I did score up all the relevant areas with an exacto at least! Baby steps!
