Don't laugh...
MSPaint for lines and flat color, Gimp for shading, background, and other details.
I don't have much money. I don't even have a tablet.

I'm in no position to laugh when you can do more with Paint and GIMP than I can with PS CS5.

I don't use a tablet, either, though I should.
