Raiden is one of my favorite characters ever. He's just really awesome. I like him in all the metal gear games!
Though I really like his character model in MGS4.
But he's so cool in Rising too.
and we can't forget skull suit Raiden of MGS2
Sometimes the visor sort of thing is purple, sometimes I'v also seen it the orange color. its weird. so I just went with orange because I can, though I do prefer it being the purple color? (I made it out of a fishbowl for my cosplay headgear so I have it clear xD)
and I drew his hair white, even though sometimes it's a really light blonde. Just a habit of mine. I like white hair OTL
I really like the headgear sort of cyberneics he's got goin' on there, I wanted to cosplay as him really badly so I spent a week and a half making it as best I could and was pretty happy with the result.
But since I've been displaced from my bedroom (and have not had my bedroom or any of my belongings for the past 4 months due to termites that aren't getting fixed.)
Someone moved the box with my headgear in it, were rough with it and it broke. D:
I'll fix it though!
He's great, and a lot of fun to draw.
I don't do fanart often so,.. here's a Raiden.
Though I really like his character model in MGS4.

He's really great in 2, We were playing the HD re-release for the ps3. Man I love those low-poly models.
I like him in all of the games, but the look of the models in MGS4 is just really appealing to me; slightly more advanced than ps2 graphics, yet not quite as insanely detailed as the models in Rising.
He's a really great example of advancement in video game technology too.
Starts off as a relatively low-poly character with all details mostly purely texture based.
Onto Rising which is surprisingly high-poly, loads of detail in his textures and normal mapping.
Perhaps I'm just a tad too fascinated with character modeling for video games though. xD
Yeah, people cant ever seem to be careful. But mainly just the ear pieces popped off, I should be able to hot glue them back on, but getting them symmetrical was really a pain the first time around. Curse you people! Y u no careful with my stuff!?
