One of the photos I took while on a boat trip with  skratchcoyote

This is likely a remnant from the huge shipyard that once took up a good portion of the local waterfront. The huge windows on the left-side walls were probably added later to enclose it for other uses, and inside you can still see the massive pulley-mounted cranes in the ceiling. Nearby buildings of equal age are still in use for various purposes.
