I don't get it.

In Victorian times you couldn't outright say, "I am pregnant" or "She is pregnant." It was considered vulgar. You would use a euphemism such as "My wife is in a delicate condition" or "She's in a delicate way now!" Of course back then medicine was much poorer, so women often miscarried and died in childbirth. Because of this, people were hyper-nervous about them, and they were often under some heavy restrictions on what they could and could not do...at least the higher-class women who could afford servants were.

The idea that pregnant women are "delicate" and can't do as much as a non-pregnant woman is still around today to a far lesser extent, so I was joking that perhaps why Vegeta is getting super-sayan pissed off here is because Goku called him "delicate" because he's pregnant. Which I think Vegeta would doubtlessly consider a massive insult and probably pound Goku into the hospital. XD
