This was supposed to be a regular red fox but somehow I ended up with what I'm going to call a gold fox. Wish they came in these colours! Going to have to paint more of these guys as I really like the gold fur and brown points:) 8x12 watecolour on illustration board.

Wow that is absolutely beautiful, only thing is on the arm, when it goes from bight gold to brown, that transition seems to abrupt would've been a bit more stylized if it faded into the other colour, just my opinion, I'm not an artist in any way.
Good job altogether though, keep up the good work :D

Oh damn, this goes almost perfectly with an original I bought from Morningstar at http://www.furaffinity.net/view/137188/

what a nice and bright view.
I might be wrong, but I remember seeing a TV documentary about wildlife on the outskirts of himalaya, and on the northern parts, into china, there seems to be a variety of the red fox living with golden-brown and white instead of red and black, and dark eyes. I never found them in a book since then. maybe someone knows more about them?
