What I used was a DTD of my legs, foam, alot of pins, an electric breadknife, tape, alot of patience and more tape.
It also helps if you take a few steps back to see how the shape is looking when you are working on it :)

i know but its very difficult, also i dont have a electronic bread knife... i cant efford one (im only 13 going on 14) :/

Ah, yeah, that would make it a little difficult. I don't know any way to help you then telling you what I did, and most is shown with the photo's I uploaded.
