I didn't have problems with the perspective... Instead I wondered why the dragon doesn't bother with finishing her off?
Also: The Dragon laid her down pretty softly.
Why?
Vix is somehow magically special. The Dragon has magically red eyes. Is he going to his mates in that cave and telling him "Hey guess what I found! It's the Chosen One!"? Because in that cave could be anything... it's not like we see it's interior or anything.

Hmm, interesting.
In Panel 2, Fen's Magic Lasso (Get yours today, kids!) vanishes into a cloud of smoke. In Panels 5 & 6, there's a lingering puff of smoke, as Fen claws her way to the top. Is it something she's going to use it to whomp some Dragon @$$?
Dragon thinks, "I got dessert, and dinner is going to arrive in a minute..." Yeah, you just keep thinking that when you're Dragon Kung Pao...

Just recently read a bit of a twist on sci-fi porn comic story by another artist. It seems this is the weekend of plot twists. The dragon puts Vix down out there and looks over the edge and walks off into it's cave. No eating Vix. No shooting flames down the edge of the cliff to nail Fenfen. No, just walking off?

Yep. It certainly seems like something more is going.
I got to say I really enjoy the story side to any comic. I don't always understand what's going on, but it's always an adventure following a story even if the ending is a bad ending. So while the dragon walks off hopefully Fenfen can help Vix. But still that's quite a bit of dragon that landed on Vix and the dragon leaving isn't necessarily a good thing. Especially if it's off to get someone.
We'll have to see just what the deal is with this dragon. It seem to take great effort of undoing the work Vix and Fenfen did on that barn though. Maybe there's even more to this then even the dragon.

Loving the story development but the 4th panel in this one throws me off a little... its either looking down the cliff face or its climbing a ledge into the cave with the pov looking out... but if that were the case in the latter than its either mountain range in background or missing grass layer... but I am wagering its the former being the peering down...
Along with all of the speculations, I just think it's more that he's invited her up to his home. I mean, Vix and Fen likely wouldn't have come up there on their own - he just had to give Fen incentive to come up there, and he used Vix to accomplish that.
That said, if this dragon knows a good deal about magic(and it seems the dragons of this world should, X3), he probably knows that Vix and Fen could survive some battering, too. I'm thinking that this scenario might have been the dragon's way of getting some actual mages out his way so that he can tell them what's goin' on, sorry for burning shit, y'know. You're here now, iz all good.
