For every 4 Cookies Sparks collects, he gains a glass of milk (which represent health), and can get glasses of milk from the bosses at the end of the major dungeons. He must be careful, for if he takes so much damage that he losses all the milk in all his glasses of milk, he will cry and cry until he wakes up in the real world (game over)
