She uses her psychic ability to communicate with Fawkes, that way she doesn't have to talk to anyone. She does have a brother, Kuu Stargazer. The psychic ability is determined by the rings in the eyes. So her psychic ability isn't as strong as her brother's, but she's getting better at it.
