When Chelsea knows someone is gawking at her, she’ll do one of two things. Either A, she’ll strut her stuff so as to flirt from afar or B; she’ll get close and flirt with the person directly. When Chelsea does do option B, she’ll sometimes say things to that person that most people would consider to be naughty, kinky, or even down-right criminal. As to what was said that made Kyle here so nervous, well, I’ll just leave that to your own imagination.
