So, here we have a gremlin overseer - one who probably dips into her subordinate's rations, judging by her... generous waist line.
She seems like quite the hardass (though her ass is probably in fact very soft, given her rotundity), and I imagine she trades likability for productivity.
That wrench looks like a pretty good bludgeoning tool to put any upstarts in their place, too.
I made her coat in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, but I don't have access to the QR code machine yet, so I can't share it :c
