Dunno why, but I feel the urge to post these.
These were taken at Fort Worth NJRB, the home of Lockheed Martin's Fort Worth plant, on December 15th 2006. The first flight of the F-35 Lightning II.
Man, I was hoping to get a nice low shot when she lifted off, but damn if that sucker didn't climb like a banshee. This was as close a shot as I got.
