A stupid thing I done to make myself feel better, of my Morrowind character for five years and going strong, Karsaga Daraga the Khajiit. Every year, if there's a mod that I like, I give him a new facelift via the console... Though he's been wearing the same, damn color since the beginning. Here's his most recent incarnation.
My markers are dying, so the pants and the coat look like shit; I had to fight to get ink out of them.
I cut out most of his legs, because the bottom of his pants looked particularly pathetic.
Still. I like his spots. :3

This picture is awesome! Your best.
Gotta love it when the markers start dying though. I have found if you put them down and go back to them they still have life left in them, despite trying to get the last drops out of them no more than an hour ago. That is why I still have my old markers, for small spots, because I usually can still use them, but it sucks so badly when they die, especially in the middle of something you intend to finish right then and there.
I have found though, for the coat and pants, you can sometimes hide the marker crap with the same color colored pencils. Though I wonder how you scan it so well? My inks no matter how thick always scan shitty even if the marker is brand new.
Of course with me, using colored pencils usually means doing detailing not just flat color so I am not sure if it would throw off the smooth vibe of the piece to go over areas that don't look to good.

I'm glad you like it. Eheheh. I dunno about it bein' my best, with the dying markers and all, but I am certainly glad you like it.
I've noticed that too, but I was dead set that I was going to finish this and finish it quick. Unfortunately, it seems every brown at my disposal decided that it was time to die, save the one I used for his hair and pouch. Sucks, considering that Karsaga wears a LOT of brown. :[
I will have to try the colored pencil thing on the next marker piece I do, though. Thankee for the tip. :3
I dunno how I do the scan. I just... Put it on the scanner and scan it. I guess maybe it decided to like me today, because it usually makes everything look streaky by picking out every single slight change in color and... Emphasizing it. >.<
