A gift of Daffodil holding onto a Blondie doll! :3

I sketched out something that entered my head a long time ago... but I couldn't figure out how Daffodil would be holding onto the Blondie doll and had a lot of issues with this piece.
With my separation from social media that I imposed on myself I pushed myself artisticly to help deal with the hole that social media would occupy and tried to take a shot at this from my rough sketch one last time.

I am rather happy with this came out because I tried multiple ways of putting in the hand, (freestyling them each time with my mouse), before I settled with what I did, and I tried to do a new way of shading I have never done before with a brush tool. It came out more subtle and looking a lot nicer than my previous attempts at shading with digital media.

I am glad I finally got around to doing this. I had a lot of fun overcoming my past issues that prevented me from ever finishing it.

I mentioned it to you before so now that I finally finished it... I really hope you like it Blondie!!!! <3
