This version makes me think of Opeth for some reason. Not sure why. Nice BG work on this!

Hmm, well that's awesome cause I love Opeth. :O It could be the fact that the title is an Opeth song.. haha but since that's the case for both versions, I dunno!

haha. Could be both. I don't know. Maybe it's because most of their artwork's really dark and stoic like this background. Or cause their a Death Metal band and it just looks like their art. Either way mission accomplished with the title lol.

i really like this one more. gives the forest an eerie feel and makes the glowing butterfly more of a light/guardian or a sprite of sorts. Plus it really makes the character pop, as being the colored thing. Plus I'm always impressed at the detail in black and white pictures. such a small color pallet. Great job, love this one.

Yeah I'm still having trouble deciding which I like more - the colored one appears to be the winner with most people. Thank you! :)
