I know how this can be...that voice in your mind that doubts your every move, questions everything, and makes you doubt yourself. The monster within your head that insults you and tells you everything you do is futile, making you doubt everything, wondering if it speaks the truth you just don't want to hear, or if it is just trying to drive you into depression. Or worse, it berates you, ruining every "victory" no matter how small, and drives your personal self-esteem down more and more?...
