Howl, you can eat your heart out!

My second entry for the contest. It's a caslte on top of a gigantic turtle-like monstrosity made out of copper and stone.

It was made by a wizard hundreds of years ago. The wizard had been cursed by a dragon. The curse gave him a great greed for gold, and it also made him paranoid. After a while hed had hoarded tons upon tons of gold, he became afraid of that people would try to steal it. So, he made a gigantic monster to place his castle on. He controlled it via a gold scepter.

On his 300th birthday, when he commanded the beast to move, he fell down the stairs, and broke his neck.
The beast is mindless, and only does what it's commanded to do via that sceptre.

The last command it got, was to wander, avoid civilazation, and kill whoever tried to enter the castle.

Still, after all these centuries, it is still wandering, until someone can get inside it and shut it off, or take control of it.
