1/4 cup unsalted sunflower kernels, chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp coarse ground pepper
3-4 boneless chicken tenders
4 Tbs or so egg whites
Heat oven to 400 F (200 C).
Mix dry ingredients loosely. Dip chicken tenders in egg whites, then in the dry mixture. Lay out on a cookie sheet that as been misted with oil. Mist the tenders with oil.
Cook 15-18 minutes, turning once.
Serve with a few greek olives, or garnish of choice. Enjoy.
