Even more Call of Cthulhu inspired critters!
The bottom one is a tupilaq - a tiny malevolent construct made by an evilly-inclined Inuit shaman. This particular one is made from a fox skull, leather and walrus ivory.

If you look for stuff by Emily Fiegenshuh, Vinod Rams and Ramon Perez - all artists I love - lately they've been in on this project to illustrate traditional Inuit monsters and stories. That's actually how I found out about tupilaqs (tupiliaq?), and it's all such coooooool stuff!
Weird goo with brains in it!
No, really. Brainstorming monsters I figured it's some sort of amoeba/nudibranch type of creature where the older pseudopods have obvious nerve centers. And in true Lovecraft fashion it's actually a human who's evolved, or *de*volved - the oldest and most established pseudopod has a nerve center which is very obviously a human brain.
