As the title states, I frequent a fur meet held at a gay bar. Why is this important? well, its the first bar that I've ever been to that the bartender will actually acknowledge my existence (a big plus), the Karaoke is awesome (see last plus), friendly locals (yep, still a plus), and it makes the single ladies easy to talk to (I'm shameless, and an introvert). To be frank, I like going to it BECAUSE its a gay bar. /bit-O-rant
anywho. I got this idea because another furry had the 'gayyyy' meme as a badge the last weekend and I thought this would be a funny retort. Its playing off that meme and the 'fact' that all furries are apparently gay.
and one more thing. its a joke.

many folks are unsure, but I've had several folks who came and enjoyed it when they thought they wouldn't. I'm not sure how to title it, because I have to say it's a bar and I have to say it's gay -but- all sexualities go there. you should totally give it a shot! *wag*

But yea I am not a fan of bars to start, then on top of that hearing that's its a "gay" bar just gives me images of bears (not the furry ones) dancing on poles or something xD
I'm sure it's totally fun and I appreciate the extra effort to have me come. But it's just not for me, but let me know if there is a hooka event! I'm all over that! :3

Haha wouldn't know about any hookah.
I won't pull your tail, but I will say there are no bears that I've seen. There is pole dancing on certain nights but never during karaoke, which is the only time I have folks meet. All I can say is it's a chill, non creepy place. The patio is cool too, and the people are great as Bobby Corwin stated.
Haven't been bowling in a while but maybe I'll see you there sometime -- and be sure to send your friends my way if they are interested in what I host. ^.^
