alright I have been watching the recent TMNT 2012 Series as of late. I have to say like the design of Leatherhead of this one. Although I wasnt so pleased with it at the same time. So I want to make my own unofficial version of the large mutant Gator. So I based the older verisons of Leatherhead and added some of my taste in the mix. As you can see I use the older color scheme for his clothing from the 1987 TMNT. Also in the 2003 TMNT Leatherhead had a belt that I thought wasnt needed 'cause I was like" where is the pants to go with it?" so I used that idea and made it into a loincloth styled belt. Then use the Body type he had in the current 2012 TMNT. Just for the record I was trying to go for a modern look that fits him based of the more recent versions of him from the Shows.

Oh it's not Nick that's the problem. It's this show in particular.
I don't like what they did to the turtles: their design, stories, style, catchphrase (booyakasha? really? cowabunga's no better but at least it's nostalgic) and they have sinned with Leatherhead.

Not really better, just alright in my opinion. My reason is that his design bugs me. Dont get me wrong I love his character build up in the 2003 series. I just think he was made kind of lazy looking on the creation part. all they did is slapped on some training bandages and a belt. same goes for the 2012 version though his was the same but without a belt.
To be honest, I like all versions of Leatherhead. But I really do love the direction of what they got going on for him in the new series. (especially in season 3 from what I seen)
But I also love your take on Leatherhead, I also felt like the attire would be suitable for him. I overall have to appreciate the designs of the mutants since most of them look more anthromorphic compared to the other art styles from the other series. This is very well done btw!:)
