You like the exact same kind of pho I do :b Don't always like the meat balls, but the rare beef is always a win <3 I make my own banh mis (although not the chien tom kind, I'm afraid - my fiance hates shrimp!). So good! Probably wouldn't be hard to make them yourself :)
