Used E6000 and some thread to bond the fake flower to a metal clip. That was easy. :) And so piiiink!
Reattached the glasses with a single m3 cap screw and a nylon lock nut so they stay put. It's pretty fimly in place with just one screw, so I'm going to not put in a second one...that way if it takes a big hit maybe i'll pivot instead of breaking or bending.
The aepoxie-and-window-tint eyes worked! The clay is quite strong now that it's cured despire being thin and amazingly did adhere to the plastic film just fine. You can just see one of them, in the eye socket on the left. It's a pretty crappy job and I plan on re-doing it, but it's recessed in the socket so thier deficencies aren't obvious and they do the job of keeping flash photograpy out.
Wore it for a while to see if it'd fog and so far so good, but the acid test will be dancing.
