I have registered Metasequoia 3.1.6 currently outdated as of Metasequoia 4. http://www.metaseq.net/en/download.html
There are plugins I cannot get to work with Meta4 and I do not want to buy it right now, so I stay with meta 3.1.6
There is a free version of both, but you cannot export files unless it is registered version.

I just make it face by face.
I have used only Meta but as long as you have a "create faces" tool you should be able to model like this.
