...TO be fair though, I tie my exercise regiment to the wine I consume (and in moderation, wine is healthy!). It's a bit ghetto, but each time I finish a gallon jug of Sangria Red Wine, I fill it full of water an attach it to my 'weights'. So far, I lift 2 per arm, which is about 20 pounds.
...I digress. Anyway, yep! Sangria! :D
