If they're not on FA you could add something like "Artwork by Kitsumi" at the bottom of the description or "commission by Kitsumi".

Oh this is a serious blast from the past... I actually have another drawing of both of your characters saved from WAY back when (dialup-era)
said drawing gave me so many ideas and influences as a teen, even Darkfox's old design partly inspired my online alias and character avatar. I also remember really loving the hair and outfit design of your character as well.
