The populace in a panic, traffic in disarray, buildings ablaze. The city of Arc was filled with chaos, the sirens and screams could be heard all about as the authorities and military tried to get things under control but anyone who looked down from the tallest buildings or Admin Tower itself could tell that was far from the case. This was war, and it was going to tear this city apart slowly unless something could be done about it.
