Got a picture for reference and just drew off of that. Usually stuff I draw from reference (or stuff I draw in general for that matter) doesn't come out too great, but I was pleased with this. Didn't want to draw the shirt because holy fuck that shirt. Didn't want to draw the head because I was physically incapable of drawing the head. The tits came out too big. Etc.
For those of you who haven't played Hyperdimension Neptunia, don't. It's pretty bad. I just love how CyberConnect2 got a character in it though. She's adorable.
