That was a horrific scene ingame...

Personally, I loved it.

Oh I loved it to... but realised that its a bit "dark" for a Pokemon game!

That's definitely true. It'd be cool to have a version of those games for more mature audiences who can handle a bit of violence and grey areas in a game. <3

Its gradually been getting worse really....

In Sinnah, Team Galactic wanted to remake the universe... in essence destroying everything, using the powers of Space or Time, or in Platinum.... Giratina stopping the plan by kidnapping the leader of Team Galactic to a Nightmarish other dimension!

In Unova a seemingly peaceful protest group is stealing pokemon.... and is secretly being run by a man who wants to rule the world, using a Puppet "King" to encourage people to join. Forming a more violent splinter faction when N looses faith in the old plan.

In Kalos.... tales of an old war and team flare making a Weapon of MASS DESTRUCTION! In an attempt to wipe out almost all life on earth, thankfully only succeeding in knocking a few houses over [though from how violently they were flung, likely killing the occupents inside]!

I didn't think the Kalos plot was as dark as the Unova one. Whilst the attempt to kill everyone was pretty evil, Team Flare was too dumb to make me take it seriously.

Mainly because barely anyone who paid to join Team Flare actually knew what was going on.
