considering as how much NOT 1901 there is in that shot, i'm sure just about anything would just fine.
what i'm assuming is the 1901 era formwork for a fountain/monument of some kind is just fine.
but i spy with my little eye at least 8 rather glaring anachronisms. i mean that's without even trying.
then again of course, they are all pretty much artifacts of the construction process
the yellow caution tape. the plastic safety cones (3). the garb of both humans (4,5 including safety vest). the blue plastic tarp covering something behind them.
i also question the authenticity of the degree of multiplicity of identically printed posters. that might fly for 1920s and 30s, but looks a bit questionable for '01.
