Ugh, I really like this drawing but it took time!! I know time is good right but If I manage to finnish this in 3 days..It's slowslow motion like. But I blame my art blog for that. It's so hard to get any inspiration and finally I get it, there is no motivation at all. So I have to force myself to do it 'cause It's practice and I need it ; m ; I really need it.. I want to improve. So if it takes forcing myself to draw, I will do it ~

Oh well I hate to admit that I really don't know what is petition ^ v ^' Can you please tell me what is that? :3
I'm not so sure. He has this bad habbit to do crimes. Usually he does community service but this time he had to go to prison. :) I can only guess that he has harmed somebody. Maybe he has started a fight in a pub..

In a nutshell, a petition is where you get signatures from people who support your cause so that you can reach that cause.
Like if you want your government to lessen the speed limit on a road, you could start a petition and gather signatures. You would then go to your government and present the signatures and propose a solution.
