Bulgification: sorta based on uneven growth. Not EXACTLY cock growth... just, having 'it' retreat into the body like most TG, seemed... anticlimactic, and visualy counters the resulting hornyness of having one's man-parts remolded into hot smoldering femsex. Bulgification involves the male's tool becoming wider as it swell, as wide as it is long, until it widens at the base as well, simply merging with the whole groinal area. This is followed by the hips spreading apart, allowing the bulge to smooth out a bit. Then the hips and butt grow AROUND it. That can definitely be seen as a huge loss in such a change D:. After all it's like one of the better perks of tging into a female. Course, I suppose it can be seen as a sense of power gain I guess. Loss of a tender, soft form for something more commanding and dominant. (in terms of f->m tg anyways)
I think you handle the TF process just fine. It's a different way to handle that aspect of the transformation, and even if you don't have the whole explanation planned out, it's a way to get through that part of the transformation without getting hung up on details. Just relax and enjoy what you do.
People like swelling/bulgy things for the most part! If they're gonna end up bigger I think it actually makes less sense to shrink down before swelling up again.
