Sinestro Corps Tonks
Now then, this had been sitting in my files incomplete for a very very long time. I just couldn't decide on the final design and then I improvised slightly - creating a version of the Sinestro Corps outfit using a variation of the Victorian Outfit that Tonks is seen wearing in one of his pictures - the one drawn by Apes, I believe. I surprise myself.
