They house my lost powers, and no, only a Mew(and apparently the Arceus I'm trying to kill, too) can use the plates to their full potential, just be prepared to battle a legendary pokemon whenever you find one, Arceus is using dark magic he descovered to control them so they would hide and guard the plates. *sigh* I miss being able to use moves and hate having to walk everywhere, too.
