Its hard to beat a classic Mono-eye head.
For light assault a shotgun might be a better fit. The lighter arms would be awful with recoil so having a single shot short-range weapon would let it adjust better.
... Man its a bugger that Metal Wolf Chaos only came out in Japan. The pinata boxes remind me of it.
